Claims Reporting

Members contract directly with their own third party administrator and defense counsel for claims services (POL/EPL claims defense counsel must be approved by QBE).  The JIF reimburses members’ defense counsel fees up to an approved amount for services provided in accordance with the JIF’s Litigation Management plan.

 

All claims, including property, liability and workers’ compensation claims should be immediately reported to members’ individual third party administrator.
