Public Notice

The New Jersey Municipal Self Insurers’ Joint Insurance Fund is soliciting responses pursuant to the Non-Fair and Open process for property appraisal services in accordance with N.J.S.A. 19:44A-20.4, et seq. 

All responses must be received by the Fund Administrator no later than 2:00 p.m. Friday, April 21, 2023 at the Fund’s office located at 51 Everett Drive, Suite B-40, West Windsor, New Jersey 08550-5374 at which time and place all responses for appraisal services will be opened.

Specifications and instructions can be obtained by either writing to or contacting the Fund’s office during regular business hours, which are Monday through Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
